Hunan Daily·New Hunan Client, December 8 (Reporter Wang Han, Correspondent Huang Rongjia) — The 105th review meeting of the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market Listing Committee in 2022 was held yesterday. Hunan Aerospace Huanyu Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aerospace Huanyu") (IPO) was deemed compliant with issuance, listing, and information disclosure requirements.
Aerospace Huanyu, located in Hunan Xiangjiang New District and founded in 2000, focuses on the aerospace sector. Its core business encompasses R&D and manufacturing of spaceborne products, aerospace process equipment, aviation products, and satellite communication/measurement-control testing systems. The company provides technical solutions and product manufacturing support for research institutes and integrators in aerospace R&D and production.
The company possesses end-to-end R&D and production capabilities, covering product design, simulation analysis, process design, precision manufacturing, assembly integration, and testing. It excels in high-precision spaceborne product development, advanced aerospace process equipment integration, aerospace composite material component manufacturing, and "antenna-servo-feed" subsystem R&D, demonstrating strong technical expertise, industrial advantages, and competitiveness.
Currently, Aerospace Huanyu serves as a core supplier to major central enterprises such as China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC), AVIC, AECC, CETC, and COMAC. It is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a National-level Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise.
Notably, Aerospace Huanyu holds multiple core technologies at domestic leading levels. It leads the industry in lightweight spaceborne antennas and microwave passive components, terahertz high-frequency product development, large waveguide slot array SAR antennas, ultra-precision machining for complex spaceborne components, electroforming for high-frequency precision products, quasi-optical mirror surface processing, vacuum welding of complex thin-walled cavities, and polyimide large thin-walled component molding.
Recent weeks have seen multiple breakthroughs in China's aerospace sector. At 7:33 a.m. on November 30, the Shenzhou-14 and Shenzhou-15 astronaut crews achieved a historic "space rendezvous," marking another milestone in China's space technology and drawing significant market attention. Against this backdrop, Aerospace Huanyu's leadership stated that the company will seize opportunities in China's aerospace and satellite communication industries, industrialize its core technologies, and actively engage across the aerospace and satellite communication supply chain. By investing IPO proceeds into satellite communication, measurement-control, and testing equipment projects, the company aims to strengthen R&D capabilities. It will persistently enhance design and development capabilities, advance process innovation, optimize precision manufacturing, and fortify technical barriers to maintain its technological edge.
