The company is equipped with universal testing machines(UTMs),ovens,muffle furnaces,electronic balances,flat vulcanizing presses,differential scanning calorimeters(DSC),dynamic mechanical analyzers(DMA),infrared(IR)spectrometers,high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)systems,ultrasonic flaw detectors,dual-robot C-scan inspection systems,industrial computed tomography(CT),and digital radiography(DR)systems.It offers comprehensive testing for composite materials,covering:Mechanical properties:tensile,peel,shear,flexural,and compressive strength;Physical properties:volatiles content,resin content,gel time,porosity,density,crack propagation;Thermal properties:DMA glass transition temperature(Tg),DSC degree of cure;Chemical properties:IR spectroscopy,HPLC analysis;Non-destructive testing(NDT):ultrasonic inspection,radiographic testing.These capabilities fully comply with the testing requirements of relevant standards including GJB(Chinese Military Standards),JC/T(China Building Materials Industry Standards),GB/T(Chinese National Standards),HB(Aviation Industry Standards),and ASTM(American Society for Testing and Materials).
